Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time | W2 Employee
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
As a Residential House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining private homes based on detailed checklists and company standards. Duties include general housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, tidying), and may also include laundry, bed-making, and deep cleaning projects. Each home has specific needs and expectations, and attention to detail is a must.
Schedule & Availability:
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Day Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( Must be available to work between these hours)
Part-Time requires at least 3 full days per week
Shifts available in 4-hour or 8-hour blocks
Responsibilities:
Clean residential areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and deep cleaning
Handle laundry, bed-making, and occasional specialty tasks
Follow client-specific needs and company cleaning checklists
Maintain and organize provided tools and supplies
Communicate professionally with clients and team leads
Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
Drive to multiple locations daily (mileage reimbursement provided)
Skills & Qualifications:
Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required – we provide training
Must be familiar with basic residential cleaning maintenance
Must be available to train for a full 2 weeks with no interruptions or time off
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Must be able to work independently and follow direction
Must have reliable transportation
